Pretty good place to stay, although a bit pricey

Pros: Great spacious room, well equipped with a comfortable desk and chair. The location was perfect for me since I needed to stay in the area, but not sure how great it is overall. Overall a pretty good hotel, especially if you can book at a discounted price.

Cons: The check-in was a bit odd. The staff member told me they'll be back in a minute and disappeared and I just sat there waiting and the other staff member who was there completely ignored me until I got up and walked towards them. Their attitude was really \

Pros: This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is a great place for families. The pool is wonderful and safe for children, everything is clean, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Thank you to the staff!

Excellent hotel. Wonderful stay.

Pros: Amazing hotel. Clean. We had the 2 bedroom, 1 king bed, 2 queen bed suite. So much space. 2 bathrooms. All very clean. Plenty of towels. It felt like a complete home. We stopped for a night on a very long drive and it was amazing. We wanted to stay longer. And breakfast was great. Even fresh berries and Greek yogurt along with all the usual in a buffet breakfast. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay!

Cons: It's not a negative but an electric kettle in the kitchen would have been wonderful!

Pros: The front desk was friendly, room was spacious and so quiet. Me and my partner were impressed that it was so quiet despite being fully booked. Breakfast was a great addition and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor fire. The location was also great to get to area sights and Saratoga Springs.

Pros: Location is 5mins walk to colonie center and trader joes, staff was extremely friendly, room was very spacious and clean with all the necessities, gym, swimming pool, breakfast was very good and varied, and the hotel serves dinners Mondays to Wednesdays
