Holiday Inn & Suites Pittsfield-Berkshires by IHG

Pros: The rooms were clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The off-site parking was a little inconvenient, but the hotel staff and free valet service did make up for this somewhat.

A wonderful, relaxing experience in the Berkshires with great views and friendly staff.

Pros: Beautiful location, clean and well-stocked rooms, friendly staff, all around a wonderful experience.

Cons: Some housekeeping staff spoke absolutely no English at all and simply could not communicate with me. I was friendly and patient as was the staff member but it was frustrating as they could not ask what they wanted to ask of me in English. Eventually they gave up trying to ask and simply came into the room and began changing the sheets. Furthermore, I think the cost of breakfast being additional when considering the price of the stay overall is rather high, and in future I would like to see the breakfast included - it is not a particularly stellar breakfast, certainly no better than countless included hotel breakfasts I have had at far cheaper hotels!

The 4 Cs: central, comfy, clean, cost-efficient

Pros: Centrally located, comfortable, clean, valet parking. What more could you want?! The staff were very friendly.

Cons: Nothing!

Perfect for my short stay and I'd happily consider staying longer.

Pros: The pool was a real bonus! The on-site restaurant was a delight - excellent food and amusing bartender. The central location was perfect for my needs. Would stay there again without hesitation - lovely hotel.

Cons: The parking lot being shut wasn't ideal but there was free valet parking which I'd not realised until I parked my car in the adjacent lot.

Pros: Scenery, room was nice, staff was very polite, felt like home.

Cons: No hot tub.

Great place to stay in Pittsfield

Pros: Nicely remodeled rooms that are spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Has fridge and microwave. Beds had both hard and soft pillows. Very convenient location near restaurants, etc. and price was reasonable for the area. Facility was very clean.

Cons: Garage is being remodeled so they're using a valet, who was prompt and courteous, but we had to get to our car to unload items for a work event and it was a little inconvenient. Bathrooms are clean but small.

Pros: Original room we were given had a problem with the air conditioning. Front desk was very sympathetic and immediately gave us another room. Totally satisfied with the second room. Kudos to the front desk personnel.

Great stay, will come back and stay for the marathon next year

Pros: Our room was beautiful. Staff was vey nice, Valet parking attendant was very nice also. We ate in the restaurant & it was delicious, staff very nice. Nice location to Colonial Theater we were able to walk there & back. Will book again.

Cons: The weather but hotel couldn't anything about that.
