Comfortable One Night Stay

Pros: Clean room, friendly, helpful staff & tasty breakfast. Plenty of parking. The covered bridge on site was interesting to see & the Fall decoration was welcoming.

Pros: The breakfast was a good variety - there were cereal, muffins, eggs, bagels, waffles, juices, fruit. There was a dedicated staff member making sure everything was full. We went down the street for dinner to the Roasted Garlic which was a great little spot, helpfully recommended by the hotel staff. We had a suite which was a great fit for our family and everyone had a comfy bed and didn't have to share.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Big and comfortable bed. Clean room. Alot of choices for breakfast.

Cons: Bacon was overcooked, home fries were also a bit overcooked.

The stay was great. The whirlpool in the room needs a deep cleaning but it ran perfectly.

Pros: Coffee machine in lobby. Free and easy parking. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided and good quality.

Cons: Older hotel that could be updated. Slow elevator. Shower head had good water pressure, but occasionally made an extremely loud whistling noise.

Pros: Ich bekam ohne Problem ein neues Zimmer, weil die Klimaanlage laut war..Also ein Lob für den Staff!

Cons: Aber auch im neuen Zimmer hat sich die Klimaanlage in der Nacht immer wieder eingeschaltet, einfach leiser. Weshalb baut BW solche Anlagen in die Zimmer? Schlaf ist das wichtigste für die Gäste
