Pros: A very nice and stylish hotel. My room was very big and comfortable with a rest/couch area and sleeping/bed area. Big and nice bathroom. There is a bar available on the ground floor. Tea/coffee available 24/7. Private parking behind the hotel for additional fee. No breakfasts in the hotel. You need to go across the street to get breakfast

Cons: Creaking floor. I had impression someone was walking in my room, even though the sound was coming from upper floor or next room

Very nice place to stay for a visit of the Berkshires!

Pros: Very nice Hotel with spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We liked the Coffee maker in each room. Also, the hotel has a very nice Selection of books in the rooms and in the communal places! It also offers free parking. The staff was super nice and very helpful

Cons: The Hotel is situated on North Street, and while the Hotel itself is very well kept, the properties in the neighborhood seemed to be a bit run down/ empty.

Pros: The room was spacious and really nice! It was far more spacious than most hotel rooms. We checked out and went to grab some breakfast, and 10 minutes after we left, the front desk called to say we had left something (important) behind in the room. We really appreciated how quickly they did that!

Good place to stay.

Pros: The room was a good size, well equipped with lovely wooden floors.The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. There is secure parking at the rear of the building.

Cons: Nothing stands out. There’s no breakfast capabilities but there is a great coffee shop and cafe across the street.

Pros: Great location and the surroundings were clean, updated, stylish and comfortable. I was impressed with the bathroom shower and the artwork everywhere.

Cons: I honestly can't say other than they do not offer breakfast of any kind. The rooms did have a coffee/tea maker and a small fridge.

Pros: No breakfast. Good coffee! Loved wonderful period decor, spacious room, details. Great shower and water pressure. Great selection of books. Quiet. Perfection location for us near the train station.

Cons: Wish restaurant were open for breakfast.

Pros: Love the space, style, decor. It's cool, dark and quiet for sleeping. Nice personnel.

Cons: TV didn't work (second time this has happened to me). Two remotes, maybe just too complicated for ne, but I think,something was unplugged, hanging down behind TV (?) Some noise by housekeeping in the hallway at 9 a.m.
