Very pleased with our choice

Pros: Very spacious room with comfortable setup a nice shower and a good bed. Polite staff, very friendly. Good location for Lenox and nearby towns.

Cons: I would have appreciated some more amenities like free brewed coffee but there was a coffee shop in the hotel.

Lovely room, very comfortable bed and great breakfast

Pros: Hotel room was lovely - large and very comfortable Staff pleasant on arrival Lovely breakfast with many options and it was great it was in the price of the room

Cons: Not having a bar or restaurant and you are not able to walk to restaurants / bars from the hotel - it's not in the middle of Lenox.

Very nice facilities and wonderful staff.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the TV was great. There were adequate outlets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the pool and hot tub. had to throw everything away after 1.5 days. The microwave burned a hole in my moist heat pack destroying it. The hot tub temperature was too hot....it wasn't functioning correctly. I reported it to the person on the front desk and he stated he would look into it. I was happy with his responsiveness to my concern.

Cons: When I booked on Booking.com it said I was getting a large King room and no sofa bed. I actually got a king room with a sofa bed, which made the room a bit cramped. The refrigerator and microwave were problematic. The \
