Best value for the money

Pros: The room was newly renovated. It was very nice. And the beds were very comfortable. And it was very clean. I also want to say, that Sam was a great host! He's very friendly and helpful. I wanted extra pillows, and he went, right then and got two of them. He is an excellent Host!!

Cons: The only thing we didn't like is the coffee. It was very weak. They need to make it stronger.

Spacious, clean room, and good value for money.

Pros: The room is very spacious & clean, very good value for money. The round dining table was very good for us sitting round with enough chairs for 3 of us to eat & chat. The ceiling light over the dining table, provided sufficient lighting for that area. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful, friendly and cheerful, he was very considerate and given us an upstairs room. The place was easy to find. The shops are nearby, and very convenient, would come back and stay if we are passing this way again.

Cons: The microwave was not working, because the turntable was a wrong size, so couldn't use at all, it's not a big deal, as we were not cooking, and used the coffee machine to heat up the water for drinking.

Pros: Very large comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Centrally located in the Berkshires.

Cons: Older facility. In front of the main road. Not a walking area.

Pros: Staff were very helpful, room was quiet and comfy.

Except for some car trouble everything was great

Pros: They did accommodate us in needing one of our rooms on the first floor. They gave us a handicap room

Pros: Veyr clean, good towels, well-maintained property. Professional staff.

Cons: Breakfast could offer a bit more.

Pros: Staff is friendly and competent. Having staff present most of the time is very good. Amenities were fine. Room was very clean. Well-kept structure, furnishings Location was convenient to places I wanted to go, like Tanglewood and Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary. Also grocery and gas.

Cons: I wish those lamps had usb ports.

Convenient and comfortable; reasonable rate.

Pros: Excellent location, room was clean and comfortable, staff courteous.

Cons: Our bathtub didn’t drain very well ; kept filling up with a couple of inches of water while the shower was running. We let the staff know during checkout.
