Great place to stay in Pittsfield.

Pros: Always clean and ready., Instructions are clear. Carmen is always easy to contact and responds quickly.. Plenty of parking. Nice town, you can walk to shopping and restaurants.. Pictures are accurate. Beds are comfy. Nice bathroom. Found a nearby restaurant a short drive. RJ. Highly recommend.

Pros: It was easy to check in and very friendly and helpful staff

Cons: The snow removal was almost non existent fire escapes and sidewalks walks were not cleared at all and was days after they had snow fall

Pros: It was exactly what I needed. It was clean, comfortable and centrally located. The kitchen was fully appointed so nothing more perfect than making your own coffee in the morning.
