Pros: The people who clean the rooms were friendly and extremely nice.

Cons: The person who checked us in could have been friendlier and more welcoming. We asked about our Hilton rewards said she couldn’t do anything about it now. It should have been done at booking. I didn’t see anything on the booking website about the rewards. The room was nice, clean but the view not so much.

Comfortable and convenient, easy to relax

Pros: It was a good location. Right in a main stretch near shops and close to major roads. It was not far from the attractions we were there for. We enjoyed a couple of meals in the restaurant too. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Nice lobby.

Will definitely stay & recommend to anyone traveling to Western Mass/NY Berkshires. Great location.

Pros: Can't beat a Hilton Garden Inn. Always worth paying a little extra. Excellent restaurant Jae's for Asian cuisine without leaving the premises!

Cons: Nothing not to like! A wonderful stay with an outstanding market within walking distance! Guido's Organic Market!

Ok once I found the driveway. Better signage needed!

Pros: Poor signage on Rt. 20 I couldn’t find the entrance. I had to circle around until I found it. Need more prominent signage!

Great service

Pros: Upon check in I received a text asking if there was anything I needed. I asked for more hangers and they were immediately brought up to our room. When we went down for breakfast, our room was cleaned and fresh towels were there by the time we got back from breakfast.

Pros: Location. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel restaurant was good.

Cons: Hotel restaurant not being included. Hotel restaurant also seemed to be a local hang out, which lead to over crowded lot and lobby in the evening. Bathroom door in our room wouldn't stay open which was dangerous for our 2 year old son running around
