Great stay in the Berkshires, spacious and great ambiance

Pros: Spacious and comfortable rooms, ambiance of hotel lobby was great and very friendly staff. Would definitely go back here.

Cons: Room corridors are outdoors (more like a motel), although roofed in.

A GREAT STAY!!

Pros: Room was clean and beautifully decorated! Location was great!! Aurora was accommodating and professional as she was able to move us into another room as our AC unit wasn't working well.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing as was the staff and the club room where the breakfast was served and where there was always hot coffee and hot water for tea as well as a bar.

Cons: We are coming up to Tanglewood for the rourth of July concert and we’re disappointed that the room costs had Moore than tripled per night. I understand and all the hotel prices have gone way up, forcing us to go to an Airbnb nearby, but I would’ve been much happy and we could’ve stayed at the life house.

Pros: The Club house was well appointed and cozy. Great place to start or end hour day. Bar was great - craft cocktails were top notch. Alex and Nick were bery attentive and worked to make our stay memorable!

Cons: Baths rooms could have been cleaner. More attention to sideways as they were alittle icey in the morning. Breakfast options were limited and expensive.

Excellent experience, all details considered

Pros: The details were incredibly thoughtful. The Le Labo products made us feel like we were at a spa, the citrus water in the lobby was delicious, and the lamps & music when you first walk into the room is perfect. Would highly recommend having dinner here too. Sensational!

Cons: Clearly a converted old roadside property, but if that doesn’t deter you, this place is a treat
