Relaxing family birthday mini vacation was bliss

Pros: Great location, comfortable & clean, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff pet friendly lots of amenities nearby

Cons: There was some work been done on the property but didn’t effect our stay or disrupt us in any way. Wish they had a hot tub too but the pool was heated and my kids loved swimming

Wonderful comfortable feel good stay

Pros: The location at the base of berkshire mountains with a beautiful lake sitting area! Everything super clean and fresh cozy decor nice breakfast great hospitality Everyone greets you with a smile very positive happy energy here unlike any other chain hotels really comfortable beds and nice view from the rooms . Great price for all you get love this place! 2nd stay here just as good as 1st time we will be back again

Pros: The breakfast was good but the scrambled eggs were not hot.

Pros: Breakfast was okay. We had to ask for yogurt. The scrambled eggs were a little warm and dry. Toaster took 3 passes to brown my muffin. Oranges very sweet and juicy. Attendant was very friendly and always close by. Hot coffee was hot and very good.

Cons: Scrambled eggs only slightly warm and they were a little dry. Toaster was weak.

Pros: I was disappointed to learn that the pool was not available, and I was not notified beforehand. But the atmosphere at the hotel was very pleasant, peaceful and friendly.
