Pros: We left our air pods at the hotel and the cleaning staff found it. The reception called us to inform us and we got them immediately back. Very honest staff!!!

Very nice hotel

Pros: Very nice modern and large room. Comfy bed. Pleasant staff.

Cons: The 150 dollar deposit that was taken at check-in. The hotel is on a busy road so you may hear some noise. We didn't as we were in a room at the rear of the property.

Comfortable and cosy overnight stay.

Pros: Excellent place to stay, comfortable, clean and quiet. The customer service was flawless and we were very impressed. Hubby loved his breakfast on the second floor, and said everything was flavourful and delicious. Thank you for a great stay it was a pleasure to stay with you.

Hotels with high cost-effectiveness are worth recommending.

Pros: Breakfast is good, but it would be better if it was different every day. Although it is close to the road, it is relatively quiet to sleep at night. In addition, it is also very convenient to have a smoking area outside.

Stopover on way to NYC

Pros: The lady at reception was so helpful and friendly! She makes the experience. Didn't even realize we were in ski country until she asked if we were there for skiing. The hotel was easy to get to, fast check in and has a pool and hot tub so a no brainer for a night's stop in on our way from Toronto to NYC. Read through their brochures they had and decided I might go ski there next winter.

Cons: Breakfast was ok. But didn't get to try their omelette station as we were in a rush. Loved that they had an omelette station though!
