Pros: The room was clean and quiet, campfire equipments were also well prepared. We had some issues with room code and equipment but the customer service and maintenance team were very helpful.
Cons: The window blind was broken and wasn’t installed. The maintenance team was efficient and helped fix the second day, but it was a bit inconvenient for us to sleep with the broken blind the first night. Also the cutting board was found outside(buried in the snow).

Magical and relaxing vibes
Pros: This was such a relaxing stay to just enjoy your company and nature with the comforts of the cabin and the little necessities you need
Cons: Hot water runs out fast but we understand that it’s a small water heater so if staying with multiple people wait a bit between each shower.

Pros: Hello, good evening! I just wanted to share our experience with you! We loved the place, the cabins are beautiful, even with the delay with the keys, the service from the staff member was great, she was super attentive!
Cons: I just wanted to point out that the cleanliness in our cabin wasn't that good, the windows had several handprints and the floor was quite dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned, there were stains from spilled dirt on the closet and on the outside of the bathroom door, the stove was also a bit greasy! Even so, we intend to return because we really enjoyed our stay

Pros: It was quiet, very clean and organized! It was easy to find my cabin even in the dark.
Cons: Cannot complain it was super nice. Only downside was my big window did not go all the way down for a little more privacy but I was able to improvise and cover it.
