Bel endroit pour passer quelques jours à New York

Pros: Bel appartement, spacieux et bien décoré. Proche du métro et des bus. Rue résidentielle et sure. Climatisation centralisée pour toutes les pièces, sans bruit et très efficace. Le mode d’emploi pour la régler devrait cependant être fourni dès le départ. L’appartement est confortable et très bien équipé.

Cons: 5ème étage sans ascenseur (devrait être précisé dans l’annonce). Pas d’endroit pour prendre les repas (1 seule chaise dans tout l’appartement). Le single bed mentionné est un lit pliant sur roulettes. La pression de la douche est très faible.
