Very good!

Pros: We spent a wonderful week in this accommodation with my partner and a group of friends. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, exactly as described. The location is great: a quiet Harlem street but just a short walk to the subway, making it easy to reach Times Square, Central Park, and all main attractions. Also very convenient for LaGuardia Airport (about 15 minutes away). Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was excellent, and we had everything we needed, from a full kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Perfect for groups or couples visiting NYC. Great value for money, we’d definitely stay here again!

Pros: gute Lage, innerhalb von 20-30 min am Timesquare Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut geklappt einfacher Check in/out

Cons: das Bad ist etwas eng. Kaffeetassen und Stühle für 6 Personen zu knapp, bzw nicht vorhanden. die Gläser sind aus Plastik und durch die Spülmaschine schon etwas lädiert. es sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten, die sich problemlos ändern lassen. wir empfehlen die Wohnung
