Nice stay in a beautiful town at Halloween

Pros: Located at the edge of the city, quiet but just close enough to go out for dinner or visit the city.

Cons: There are two Hilton Hotels in this town, which makes it easy to mix them up when you enter the city for the first time

Overall ok.

Pros: Ideally located. Clean and modern with decent amount of parking facilities. Most staff are helpful.

Cons: Very thinly staffed. For example we could not find a luggage trolley. All the front desk staff could say was there are three trolleys but they may be in any of the floors. We had to go and look for one.

Perfect Spot for A Saratoga Visit

Pros: Location was perfect to all the experiences we wanted to see on our first visit to Saratoga Springs.

Cons: Everything was great. Friendly staff, clean , comfortable room, coffee always available.

Pros: Very Friendly check in. Room wasn't quite ready but friendly service and a follow up call to let us know we could check in.

Pros: Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, snacks were a nice touch, liked 11:00 checkout (instead of 10:00)

Cons: Would have liked a room for 3 with a king sized bed

Pros: I came in late from a concert the sundry shop did not have milk for my cookies cookies and the night desk person went to the kitchen and gave me an ice cold cup of milk you know it’s the little things that make a stay perfect I have stayed at many Hilton properties and it’s the people that make them shine
