Fine Place to Stay in Town Centre

Pros: Breakfast was very good and all homemade. Parking was easy at the back of hotel in allocated parking bays.

Cons: There was a problem with the heating in our room so a portable heater was provided as all the vacant rooms had not been heated up and would also have been cold - we were upgraded to a larger and much warmer room the next day. The evening staff were really good in handling the situation.

Really enjoyed our stay and would return if in the area.

Pros: The location was right in the middle of Broadway in the town centre. Breakfasts were excellent with good choice. The staff went above and beyond and were very friendly. The whole place was spotlessly clean.

Better than I expected. I will be going back for more.

Pros: Breakfast was Great and you had your choice of eating on a beautiful porch or very nice dining room.

Cons: Nothing, and I am not Kidding!

Pros: Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast will rival any that you can get by going out and it’s all included (without limitations) Location can’t be beat and it facilities are all very clean.

Pros: The staff and concierge were great. They gave great recommendations on what to do around town and went the extra mile to ensure we have a great experience!

A wonderful weekend away came home relaxing.

Pros: The hotel its self was beautiful and room comfortable. The staff went up and beyond. They reached out before our arrival and booked two of our dinners, which both places were delicious.

Perhaps the best day I’ve had in a US hotel/inn! Amazing and wonderful experience!

Perfect couple’s getaway

Pros: Property is absolutely lovely. We are big fans of old inns and this one is a perfect example of one. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Common spaces are perfect - especially the big front porch. But the little things are what won us over. Water in the room, a full bar of soap for the shower, towels large enough to fit an adult’s body, and a guest snack pantry with all kinds of things including sparkling water, soda, fruit, cheese, etc. The inn is pricey but they don’t nickel and dime you once you are there. Great breakfast too!

Pros: Excellent location on the outer edge of downtown Saratoga Springs. Rooms tastefully decorated. Good proximity to all but also enough distance from outdoor bars and restaurants to have restful stay.

Cons: As in many older properties, our room had a small bathroom with pedestal sink but functional.
