Pros: Super Comfortable bed. Locations is great. Lovely charming town.

Cons: Bar area lacking in ambience. It's a pity the cosy fireplace at reception isn't in the bar.

Pros: The room was extremely big, very comfortable. The location was just perfect at the end of the main street in Saratoga Springs.

In town for a wedding. Loved having such easy access to the downtown area in my minimal spare time.

Pros: Bed, location, room. The staff at reception and in the Bistro were uniformly wonderful.

Cons: Prefer a walk-in shower. And having a bathrobe provided would have been a nice extra.

Great weekend getaway

Pros: Hotel was very clean,staff were helpful and friendly. We had a junior suite which was much larger than we anticipated. Great location.

Comfortable and spacious - but somewhat out of date

Pros: The hotel is nicely located in the main street and all pubs and restaurants are close. Rooms are huge, but everything a little out of date. The beds are very comfortable and the area quiet. Excellent parking option that was included.

Cons: Not much to offer on late arrival. A bar or some available simple food would be nice as everything closes early in town.

Pros: The staff from Joe at the very first reception to Melenie at the front desk and Rikki in the bistro who was working very hard with his waitress partner who’s name I did not get were exceptional with their enthusiasm kindness professionalism and clear effort to make us feel welcome and make the stay problem free Thank you to all of them Even as we were leaving our room a custodian was dusting the baseboards and took the time to ask us how we were and how our stay was. It’s a nice staff that make you feel welcome

Pros: Perfect location. You can just park and leave your car. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Very clean. Nice helpful staff.

Cons: The hotel decor and rooms need an update, which it seemed like they were doing.
