Anne's Washington Inn

Perfect for what we needed while visiting Saratoga Springs for the horses racing and will be back

Pros: Everything was great. Joe and the family were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The free Breakfast was adequate and even had English tea which is essential for us UK travellers!

This is a very comfortable and beautiful space in a terrific town! Lots of fun here. ♥️

Pros: The breakfast was fantastic. I Guess i didn’t realize we were a good mile from the shops and most restaurants, although there were some good options for food near us.

Cons: We didn’t encounter other guests. I was under the impression that they were fully booked, but it felt deserted. Distance to “happening” part of town was a bit far for us, but in our younger years would have been just fine.

Charming, inviting and great hosts!

Pros: Breakfast was nice, a good array of convenient foods, Oatmeal, Cereals, Bagels etc... Not a large selection The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Inn has a nostalgia about it. It is clean and bright and the grounds are beautifully manicured. We did not use the fire pit but it looked inviting. The front porch in the Morning with Coffee visiting with the other guests was the best! The location was great just minutes from SPAC

Cons: So this is an old house and I feel that it should be known that there are not any rooms on the main floor of the main house. I am not sure about the adjacent house but in the main house you need to bring your suitcases up one or two flights of stairs. We happened to be on the third level. No elevators in the property.

The Inn epitomizes hospitality.

Pros: The location is convenient to the race track, downtown, the state park , bike trails or everything ! Anne’s Inn is blessed with a wraparound porch where we sat and watched with our coffee “the world go by.” Joe Bokan the owner and innkeeper made us feel like we were members of his family. His enthusiasm, warmth and kindness was in stark contrast to most sterile hotels. We look forward to our return.

Pros: Joe and his staff made us feel so welcome. It had a real sense of home. We look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful inn with superior owner and staff. Would def stay again.

Pros: Clean comfortable room. Staff was amazing and attentive. continental breakfast was good and fresh and constantly replenished. Location OK but not really walkable. Grounds were beautiful with grassy areas to sit and nice porch area. Ice always available, wine glasses, free mug:)

Cons: No blowdryer in bathroom. No shelving whatsoever in bathroom so nowhere to put anything as sink area is small. Shower knobs took a bit to figure out.

Pros: The place is spotless. The owner Joe is very accommodating. He takes off anything you need. Nice place to stay in Saratoga. Breakfast included. I will be staying there again.

Cons: Next time I will book one of the larger rooms. Zero complaints from me or my wife.
