Saratoga Casino Hotel

Shuttle service was a huge benefit!

Pros: Grab and go was a bit expensive but delicious and convenient.

Cons: No comment

Pros: Lovely stay at Saratoga Casino hotel with my kids. Very spacious room and facilities, and we loved the gym and the pool. The hotel is a short drive from downtown area but works out fine since the hotel has a shuttle going back and forth!

Cons: only thing lacking is that there is no breakfast - but there is a small shop in the lobby where you can buy basic stuff like cereal and milk.

Brilliant place and brilliant staff

Pros: I have absolutely no complaints only compliments. On check in with my partner we were upgraded free of charge to a beautiful suite. Everyone was so nice and kind. The suite was just brilliant. We will be back.

Cons: Only thing I can think of is the restaurant was closed when we were there. There was an issue with the kitchen.

Pros: Nice rooms, very accommodating with early check-in. Lovely hotel

Cons: There seems to be some miscommunication with the complementary shuttle. The front desk said to contact him ten minutes before you're ready to leave. So we did and he said not to contact him until you're waiting outside. Then when we contacted him when we got outside, he said, oh I just left, I told everyone to get down packed up and ready to go. I don't know who 'everyone' was, but it wasn't us.

Pros: Nice place, impressive looking hotel with casino ( no live tables) Old style American Hotel

Cons: Gym was dirty, no breakfast or dinning

Great off season rooms but....

Pros: Really, great price ON GREAT ROOMS off season, the two food venues were both just not ready for prime time. The casual bar/pub in the casino left me sitting for 20 minutes with out coming to take my order while I watched them clean and stock the bar with 4 or 5 staff they ignored me until I got up went to the bar paid for my beer and left. I went to Mortons, was seated ordered and had a good meal, but my order for coffee and dessert was a disaster... the coffee was cold and spilled all over the saucer. The cup logo said LAVAZZA. If it was Lavazza, I'll eat my hat. Although I've never had tepid Lavazza, so who knows. The dessert creme Brulee never made it. Good server, but clearly a breakdown in how staff was organized so the server really didn't know what was or was not delivered and didn't follow up. Dissapointing.

Pros: Everything was highly exceeded my expectations. Quality, comfort, safety, plus fun. It was perfect.

Overall, a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is excellent—just outside downtown Saratoga, offering both convenience and a peaceful setting. The staff were warm and welcoming, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the vast free parking and the easy access to the pool and gym. A highlight of our stay was the wonderful steakhouse for dinner—absolutely top-notch!

Cons: One area for improvement would be the breakfast options. While the market is convenient, we would have appreciated a broader selection to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this hotel!

Good, clean, nothing wrong but nothing too exciting either

Pros: All in all a decent experience. Nothing too fancy, but nothing wrong in general. Hotel seemed to be quite empty so we got to enjoy the pool nicely.

Cons: It felt a bit like a ghost hotel - if we exclude the casino staff, I think we only saw one employee at the desk during the stay. There's nothing wrong with that, but the facilities were really nice and felt like it would've deserved more.

We would go back. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable

Pros: The hotel was modern and clean. Plenty of parking.

Cons: Our only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed during our stay.
