Great value for money

Pros: Very well kept main areas and our room was great. Special thanks to Phoenix for being super helpful (as usual I’m sure) and the lad who checked us in, he was very sweet and welcoming! We all enjoyed using a waffle iron for the first time.

Overall we had a good time.

Pros: The location is perfect for getting around the town. The hotel was clean although the bathroom could use a bit of an update. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons: The menu was very limited (we ate at the bar) and the kitchen could not place my order as they had run out of cheese. The staff were apologetic but an operation your size to run out of basics in the kitchen is surprising.

Great hotel but needs an update on sustainability!

Pros: The rooms are great, its clean and the staff is amazing and very kind! The location is brilliant as well.

Cons: I was disappointed that breakfast was served on disposable paper and plastic plates and cutlery. It significantly diminished the quality of what was otherwise a great stay. Providing reusable tableware would be a simple and much more sustainable improvement for the guest experience. If this wont change in future, I will avoid staying there again!

Pros: It was a lovely property right in the heart of town, walking distance to the shops.
