A terrific stay.

Pros: We've stayed here many times, it's a beautiful hotel with a great welcome with cocktails and snacks, breakfast is terrific but don't miss a superb dinner. The staff are wonderful.

Really nice place to stay

Pros: The Embassy Suites is clean and roomy. The included breakfast was excellent. It's the perfect stop between Montreal and New York City. After a couple of days in New York City, our daughter wanted to return to Saratoga Springs because the room was larger and she loved the breakfast more. 😊

Pros: Nice modern hotel, complimentary beverages and snacks in the evening as well as breakfast was great. Bed was very comfy.

Wonderful hotel, welcoming and of a high standard

Pros: The property was of an outstanding quality. Lots of free parking, the suite we were allocated was spacious and finished to a high standard. The location was perfect with just a short walk into the main shopping area with bars and restaurants. Complimentary drinks reception was a nice touch and very welcomed.

I would highly recommend the Embassy Suites where the facilities are excellent and staff wonderful

Pros: The breakfast was excellent- a great choice and all freshly cooked. The room was fabulous- so spacious and well equipped. We particularly liked the living area in the room. Without exception the staff at the Embassy Suites were great. From the veryy helpful and welcoming reception staff to the housekeeping staff and of course the very entertaining barmen- Don and Ron?

Pros: A nice reception is included every evening, with beer/wine and freshly cut veggies and chips. The location of the hotel is great. The staff is very friendly.

Cons: Webpage says gym is 24hours, instead it's open 6am to 11 pm only and both treadmills need service. Breakfast lacks healthy options (veggies, low carb). The e-standby update felt like a scam, as I did not get it, and no one communicated about it. It's hard to get a coffee at the hotel outside breakfast hours.
