Location!!! Great staff, confortable and good value for price. Pool needs update, but convenient.

Pros: Location was absolutely unbeatable! Room/bathroom was clean and very decent size. Staff was very nice. It was low season, so not much people there. Definitely enjoyed the buffet at breakfast; repetitive, but warm and tasty (eggs, bacon, fruits, pastries, juices, cereals etc.) The pool area is dated and small, but convenient. Outdoor seeting area is nice. Parking is free and very big. Some toileteries, souvenirs and food (snacks, beverages, frozen) available at the reception. Restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks (only had breakfast). Soap/bodywash/shampoo available in the shower. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the room. Small closet with hangers. TV with many channels. AC/heat system was great. Very confortable mattress and pillows. Very safe neighbourhood.

Cons: No safe in rooms (well in ours there was none). Pool area needs to be updated (only few chairs available, one table, odors, only 4 feet deep at max.), but the towels were very clean. There was a kids party when we arrived so it was crowded and impossible to enjoy. You can hear the church bells in the morning. Gym is small, but convenient if you really need it.

Great Hotel; Great Location

Pros: I stayed in a room overlooking the Historical Park which I visited daily. Location was close to amenities. Great choice of breakfast options. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Great stay in Saratoga.

Pros: The hotel is within walking distance to Downtown Saratoga, the racetrack and it borders Congress Park. There is also a free shuttle that will take you to the track and around town. The pools were nice also indoor and outdoor.

Cons: It’s an older hotel, but well kept. Saturday night rates in town are expensive during racing season. Probably a lot for the room, but there were a lot of positives.

Pros: Everything went very well, we had a very nice stay.

Perfect for a short trip to Saratoga Springs

Pros: The walk ability. They offered parking for no additional charge. They offered breakfast and had a bar.

Cons: I’m not a fan of buffet style breakfast

A pleasant “Holiday” experience

Pros: Both myself & my husband were impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment, a 10/10 the most important part for us). The mattress, pillows and comforter gave us a cloud-like sleeping experience (I would love to purchase these pillows). The staff was warm & friendly and very sweet & accommodating, especially Amy, the concierge who was generous to gift us a wine and dessert for our anniversary. This location is in great proximity to downtown where there are many eateries and boutiques-you can leave your car in their parking lot and walk the few blocks. It is also very close to the casinos and the race track. We also had the breakfast buffet (2 of the 3 mornings of our stay)which had many options at a great price.

Cons: The only disappointment we had was that the dinner food (which we had 1 night of our stay) was EXTREMELY salty and could not be eaten, which was rectified with them taking one meal off our bill. The only thing that we could critique is that in the future, when it’s time to change is not to get new carpet for the rooms(it is a personal preference of both mine and hubby’s), we find it cleaner as carpet holds dirt in the fibers.

Pros: The entire staff were extremely courteous, from the front desk, to the bartenders and housekeeping. Excellent stay, I will definitely be back

Pros: The employees were helpful and friendly. The hotel had everything I needed. Loved the bed, the shower, the restaurant, the pools, and the shuttle service.

Cons: I can't think of anything

Pros: Perfect location, extra helpful staff, shuttle service and complimentary breakfast were great. Clean and pleasant areas and room. Beds were very comfortable. Keurig in the room!

Wonderful and comfortable stay!!

Pros: The location was great. Walked all over town and shuttle service was provided to SPAC and the racetrack. You were given the drivers number for return pick up to the hotel. Staff was very nice. Place very clean.

Cons: The bathrooms, in the rooms and in the public area, were very tight.
