Marriott Springfield Downtown

Pros: Room went well. The parking was very hard to do with putting your card in and waiting for the arm to go up. The road was very narrow driving to the upper levels.

Cons: The parking could have been easier. But most important, the sign for the Marriott needs to be where you can see it better when driving by and looking for it. We drove around for almost an hour, and I never saw the Marriott sign on the building. We finally saw one.on the front of the parking garage and still had to look for the front entrance door.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. I liked the secure feeling to where the parking garage is and it being attached to the hotel. It provided a great sense of security that for certain floors, you needed to have key access. Made us feel safe.

Pros: room and staff were great. parking as very convenient. close to mass mutual center for our stay. my only complaint was breakfast. staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons: served cold tea, pancakes with no syrup or butter. by the time I got these things food was cold. we were probably the first ones down for breakfast so maybe that is why.....maybe they weren't quite ready for us. overall stay was great and would stay again.

Beautiful room with a view

Pros: The room was beautiful with a lot of space. The bathroom was amazing, but the shower is what stole the show for me. Two different spray heads. The shower door slow shut and didn't leak, and it was glass. The parking was nice too. The bed was super comfy. and THE VIEW was breath taking out the window.

Cons: Was a little hard to find parking and the steamer was not the best. Would much rather an iron. Also, the coffee pot was missing the bowl to put the coffee grounds in.

Pros: Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is terrific to all the key sites downtown. Check-in staffer who also served as the breakfast hostess was superb! The bar made excellent drinks. Love the connection to the mall.

Nevertheless, the whole saty was worth it.

Pros: The room was ok and neat. My children enjoyed every bit of our stay. I had to extend our stay in Marriot Springfield because my children were very comfortable and felt at home. The reception team, room cleaners and chef were amazing. I love the ambience and the caliber of guests who also put up in Marriot Springfield.

Cons: I noticed I paid for double bed room with breakfast but on check-in I realized that breakfast wasn't included. A lot of back and forth before this was resolved. Breakfast was good but no much variety. I also noticed buffet (breakfast) wasn't daily. I had a lot of reservations for this comparing with other hotels I had that had to offer breakfast. Notwithstanding, Chef Travis made our breakfast more memorable with delicious scrambled eggs and omelet. The children enjoyed his meal. A great Chef he is indeed!

Convenient but a little overpriced

Pros: Parking was convenient but unexplained in the hotel information

Cons: Bathroom was small

Pros: Lovely property. Service was excellent. The female bartender that was on duty that Knight was warm welcoming and made very good drinks.

Cons: Did not love Springfield. Lots of homeless people lots of poor sidewalks and roads. People were not very friendly.

Will go again in another given time, the place was amazingly beautiful, especially the view

Pros: Front desk staff were very polite and helpful in time for the check in and check out.

Cons: The room I was in did not have an iron, but it was enough to not enjoy the stay at the Marriot

Great stay for the value.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Cons: Location off of 91 tends to be loud from traffic noise.
