Exceptional, exceptional, exceptional - in all areas

Pros: the property was exceptional! the staff very professional and extremely friendly. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was great! we will be staying at this location on all our future travel to the Springfield area

A very relaxing experience in a modern, new hotel.

Pros: Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We were able to get early check in which we were very grateful for. Hotel is very nice and clean. Room was spacious, clean and had very comfortable beds.

Pros: Ein sehr schönes 🏨 mit großem Parkplatz. Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut. Alles sauber, Wäsche waschen war kostenlos. Sehr zu empfehlen, das Personal war sehr nett. Direkt nebenan sind die Riverdale Shops, großer Einkaufsbereich mit Gastronomie Angeboten UND \

We will stay there again because our room was clean comfortable.

Pros: We didn’t eat anything, not even coffee or tea was complimentary outside of the room

Cons: Front desk was poorly staffed. I shouldn’t have to look around for the staff both when checking in and out! They were fine just not staffed well. Also, the lawn maintenance crew started at 8 am, very loud equipment

Very nice Hotel, I would stay there again.

Pros: It was very clean and the location was good. I like that it had a small restaurant in case you didn’t feel like going out. Was perfect for a quick breakfast.

Cons: The shower was annoying—- no matter how you adjust the shower head the bathroom floor always gets very wet. Nice shower just poor bathroom design. The pool is tiny. The pictures online make it seem like a full size pool.

Pros: Everything. It is clean, quiet, staff was super friendly. Breakfast is better than in typical hotels around.

Great stay!

Pros: Nice room decor, everything new and stylish. Bed was extremely comfortable with soft bedding .

Cons: - Pool is more of a kiddie splash pool , not meant for swimming - Paid breakfast
