Pros: Location was pretty good although easy to miss when driving. Room was pretty clean but not spotless. One of the bathrooms was run down and not overly clean. Couch was incredibly uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping. Kitchen was very clean and very well stocked with everything you might need.

Cons: replace the pull out couch and better cleaning

Very good but for the love of god build in walk in showers like normal hotels in 2024.

Pros: Location was nice and central, rooms were clean, staff was superb. Breakfast was OK.

Cons: The only thing I really did not like was that there was a bathtub and showercurtain... As a European that really feels like the 90's and we're about 20 years ahead now!

Pros: The hotel was clean, comfortable and appeared it was well cared for. The staff at the front desk was exceptional in their service. Our room was in order and ready when we arrived. The breakfast was excellent with plenty food choices to satisfy everyone. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive. She added fresh food when it was needed and she kept the area clean. The pool and pool area was clean and in order. Towels were available and when the towels ran out, the front desk quickly replaced them. We were very happy with our stay.

Cons: Adding another waffle maker at breakfast would be helpful. Waffles are always one of the favorite breakfast food and more than one waffle maker with accommodate guests better. Also to make sure to pull out the sleeper sofa in the suites when they are being cleaned to make sure previous guests have not left anything behind in the sofa. We did find something in the bed of the sofa, so we did not use it as we had planned. Otherwise, everything was great!

Pros: It was a beautiful suite, large couch, large bed. Had a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and it included dishes so cooking could be done. 10/10 will be renting room again for birthday. There's also a pool but didn't get to use it

Cons: Pillows weren't comfy, that's only complaint

Pros: Eco-friendly bath products-- refillable bottles in shower, no little plastic bottles. Being able to choose whether to have housekeeping or not. Comfortable bed and pillows. large suite with fireplace and kitchenette. Friendly staff. Quiet location but near stores and restaurants.

Cons: Breakfast was always the same and oatmeal was watery. Decor rather dark and depressing except for pleasant breakfast room. I stayed 6 nights -- there should be a discount for long stays.

Cons: My son got sick in the Hall and Noone was able to clean it. I cleaned it up best I could but I was told someone would shampoo in the morning. The couch was not comfortable. There should be a hot tub!. Lol
