I want to go back

Pros: Massage chair, comfortable bed, modern decor, cookies

Excellent hotel which lives up to its 'Modern' name.

Pros: Modern amenities were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee was great. Very clean. Unexpected major snowstorm was dealt with by the staff with professionalism, including dispatching a snowplow to help me out of a drift. Friendly driver would not accept a tip.

Cons: I like the out of the way location, but it backfired due to the major snowstorm which made the small streets impassable. A location on the major road would have been easier. As I stated above, the hotel staff and snowplow driver really stepped up.

Pros: Room was very nice. We were only there on business for two days.

Great place to stay

Pros: We stayed here while participating in an event at the Eastern States Exposition, which is a convenient drive away. For the reasonable price we paid, I was expecting a run-of-the-mill basic hotel, but was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Everything is beautifully appointed, the staff are friendly and helpful, and there are a lot of thoughtful amenities. The massage chair in the room was a huge hit!

Cons: If there was a hot breakfast available, it would make this property absolutely perfect

New Year Eve

Pros: We like how welcoming is the place and the lobby staff from the day we did reservation we stopped by to see the place and ask questions, he was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Cons: We didn't like how the lobby staff member that did the checking he wasn't that knowledgeable of the system. My partner was added to do the checking and she had to wait longer because the receiving person didn't understand the kind of reservation we had. Another thing that disappointed us was that we was told that the pool table could be use any time. We understood by any time that there wasn't a closing time for the pool table area. This was a New Year Eve reservation so after we came from our dinner around 10pm we planed to play pool until New Year, to receive the New Year but the manager told us that the area was closed. That was a disillusionment.

Pros: This was a perfect little one night getaway for me! The staff was so nice! The rooms were so clean and the massage chairs just took it to a whole new level of relaxing

Pros: Very clean, nice clean sheets, pillows and comforter. Massage chairs in the room. Highly recommended!
