Pleasant stay in Springfield

Pros: Our stay at the Sprinfield Best Western defintely felt more inviting than our first stay elsewhere a few days prior. Staff were very polite and helpfull when needed, breakfast had a very large selection (in my opinion) that changed on a daily basis, and the rooms and facilities were clean.

Cons: The room toilet had difficulties flushing at times.

Great stay, I would give this hotel an 8 out of 10.

Pros: Breakfast was great, room was clean and the lady at the reception area was fantastic!!

Cons: My mattress felt aged, parking spots are very small for a large truck and there’s no extra toilet paper in bathroom.

fine for what we needed

Pros: easy, quick check-in; complimentary toiletries and breakfast; all fine; nice to have option of gym; friendly staff; good to have fridge, freezer and microwave in the room

Cons: could have been cleaner; breakfast could be available for longer (finishes at 9 a.m.) but on the upside, staff were helful and gave me some milk at 9.45
