Pros: I've stayed in this hotel now 4-5 times. The staff are so friendly, kind & welcoming. If felt safe everytime.

A clean room in which to stay!

Pros: The location was very convenient for my purposes. The room was clean as well as the sheets and towels. There was a good amount of grassy space to walk my dogs and for them to do their potty routine.

Cons: There was only one garbage \

Cons: That you have to ask to get new towels and wash cloths

Pros: The location was great. The tubs need refurbishing. The staff was very good.

Cons: The first room was not the best. Rusty tub. Rusty handles on the night stand. No coffee...no frig...no microwave. Nice staff upgraded us to a better room. It was better because I am handicap. The hand held shower wasn't able to be used because the handle to change to hand held shower was stuck.

Pros: Customer service was great. Very helpful and polite staff.

Cons: Could have been a little cleaner.

Definitely recommend this place

Pros: The staff was friendly, the room incredibly comfortable, the bed was the perfect firmness to support side sleepers. The lighting was good, the shower was amazing, and overall the location was great. Between quite a few dining areas and easy access to the highway. Very clean and had room service. We didn't use it, but it's nice to know it was an option! Checking in was easy, getting into the rooms was simple, had a good lock on it that felt safe, the place overall was very clean and felt very safe. When booking for a stay over the weekend in the area, I will absolutely be booking with this property again. I loved the rooms!

Cons: We booked for two people and only got one shampoo for bathing, one bar of soap to bathe with in the bathroom, and not enough pillows. I don't know if three is the typical default number to put in there for a long size bed for two, but we saw pictures online that showed four on the big beds which made sense for a large king size bed. Would have been nice to have an extra pillow and extra bathing supplies.

Quality and location keep me coming back.

Pros: Property location is why I have stayed here repeatedly. Numerous food and gas options within a short walk or drive. Staff is courteous.

Cons: The last few times I’ve stayed here there have been numerous people loitering around the property which made me uneasy. Perhaps increasing the lighting around the property would help to shed some light on this situation.

Pokud potřebujete jen přespat nebo strávit i vícero dní, můžu vřele doporučit.

Pros: Hotel jsme navštívili v prosinci a v pokoji bylo krásně teploučko a teplota se dala dobře regulovat. Pokoj byl jednoduše, ale účelně zařízený a rozhodně nic mi tam nechybělo. A co je hlavní, bylo tam čisto!!! Co se týče recepce, tak tam nemám slov. Velmi příjemní, ochotní a nápomocní. Opravdu nebylo, co vytknout. Snídaně neposkytují, ale není to vůbec žádný problém, protože v blízkém i vzdálenějším okolí je spousta možností. My navštívili místní IHOP, vzdálený asi 5 min. jízdy autem a bylo to perfektní. Dát si pravou americkou snídani je pro Čecha opravdu zážitek.

Cons: Všechno bylo super.
