Great facilities and friendly staff

Pros: The rooms are newly refurbished to a very high standard and we had everything we needed.

Cons: We were on the second floor and there is no elevator so if you have heavy suitcases be prepared to use your muscles. There is still some work being completed (July 2025) which meant that we had workmen outside of our window until around 9pm. I think this was just bad luck that we had been assigned that room in that particular day as they were working. When everything is finished, it’s going to be a great place to stay.

One of the best places peaceful places i have stayed in awhile

Pros: I loved everything.Very helpful staff,Very clean rooms,I choose to stay there cause I had a very serious biopsy was done to my head and I needed to relax and be comfortable at the same time and being in there was perfect

Cons: There was only one staff at check in that could use some more training in all the fields of the place he works for ( CAUSE i had some questions before my stay and he didn't know much

Peaceful

Pros: I love how big the rooms are, and the fact that it's a place that understands kids will be kids. My room was worth every cent, and I will definitely be coming back to stay multiple times throughout the year.

Kind welcoming man at the desk, great hospitality, will definitely come back!

Pros: the staff was so kind, we felt very comfortable and the LOCATION WAS WALKING DISTANCE TO THE EXPOSITION CENTER - fabulous!

I’d stay again

Pros: Proximity to Eastern States Expo. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Cons: The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our stay. Clean towels, but the toilet was dirty.

Comfortable for the price. Very friendly staff.

Pros: It was located close to my final destination. Also it was walking distance to a breakfast place.

Cons: Refrigerator in room had to be unplugged due to a continuous ticking noise. Also the TV remote only worked partially...volume would not go up on the TV and it would not turn the TV off once it was turned on.

Pros: Dear Baldwin Inn, I wanted to express my sincere satisfaction with my recent stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Louis and the other woman (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) were incredibly hospitable, and customer service was efficient and pleasant I truly appreciated their excellent service.
