I would come back.

Pros: I love the cleanliness. I love the pool. I love the gym. I also, love that there was a business center. Everyone was very nice.

Cons: The bed in my room was super worn out. I had back pains. It sunked in the middle. Also, the toilet was going to over flow and I asked for someone to please fix it and noone came to fix it.

Pros: Was lovely and clean close to everything we wanted to do on our trip staff was lovely and welcoming very helpful the breakfast was great lots to choose from the local bar and restaurant adjoining to hotel amazing had a great time there

Highly recommend and I will be back for next years race.

Pros: Great front desk, great servers, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay and my participation in the local Ironman event a tremendous Racecation. Breakfast buffet was the best as the servers packed me a breakfast box to go!

Cons: The stopper to my bathtub did not work. After my Ironman event I really wanted to soak in the bathtub but could not.

Great stay, with everything you'd expect from a hotel

Pros: It was literally right next to the Basketball Hall of Fame, which was the whole point of the trip. The staff were also super accommodating and the environment felt clean. The breakfast was delicious and though I didn't use it, the pool seemed to look nice.

Cons: This isn't really a complaint, but there was a bit of a mix up when checking in. The concierge originally gave us keys to a room that was already occupied, which was a bit jarring for both guest parties involved... but staff admitted their mistake and simply gave us an empty room.

Pros: It was weird that there was no free breakfast. Any more, but other than that. And a little bit of a dirty toilet. I absolutely love this hotel so quiet and peaceful. It's very clean staff very kind

Pleasant. Close to downtown. Would stay again.

Pros: Clean and friendly, professional staff. Didn't utilize amenities. Provided soap/shampoo/conditioner etc were pleasantly scented and gentle on skin and hair. King size beb was not bad, a lot better than some I have slept upon. King size pillows were so perfect I wanted to keep them. Would stay again.

Cons: Not a darn thing.

Cons: If I had to say anything bad. It would be how short the toilet was. It felt like I was sitting on a toddler toilet.
