Pros: Very clean, great location, good breakfast and very good value for money.

Cons: Noise level, staff should provide better directions to the parking

Nice place to stay

Pros: Nice, spacious, clean rooms, staff were great, nice complimentary breakfast, parking was just a few metres from the door

Great hotel with pool

Pros: Hotel, well located and equipped with everything needed for a great stay. The pool was the best part because our kids had a wonderful time, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend it.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful and kind. Rooms were always clean.

Nice stay in Springfield

Pros: Would definitely stay here again. Very nice room and layout and it was quite clean. Really good breakfast, and the workers did a nice job keeping up. Parking is about 50 feet away and convenient.

Great value for money

Pros: The facilities and breakfast were excellent, staff were super helpfu and courteous

Cons: No housekeeping after 5 pm

Great location and room

Pros: My room was larger than I had expected, with four Windows, a large desk, and plenty of room for luggage. The room was soundproof, the street was quiet, and I slept well. In addition, the hotel has a public laundry room, you can buy laundry powder at the front desk. by the way: Breakfast is simple but enough. I give it a 10 because this hotel totally lives up to its price and even goes above and beyond.

Great value for money

Pros: The rooms were spacious. All staff, reception housekeeping and breakfast services were extremely helpful and courteous and went out of the way to accommodate our requests. The hotel was an excellent value for money and we would love to stay there again.

Pros: Friendly staff. Big room with comfortable beds. It was a good location for our visit to the basketball hall of fame.

Cons: The parkinglot didn't feel safe at all. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway when you are in your room. We were unfortunate to have some people walking up and down the hallway in the middle of the night which woke us up a couple of times. You could also clearly hear all the noise from the traffic outside.

Friendly staff, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a graduation in the building across the street and they allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot to attend. Breakfast was very good and an added bonus. The front desk changed some rooms around so we could check in when we got there.
