Very nice few nights will definitely use again next year.

Pros: Good location for what I needed everything was easy inc check in. Sensible breakfast and no hassle. Staff were helpful for any questions the lady at breakfast on sun 29th was brilliant she was so happy, nice and helpful and good member of staff.

Cons: Lovely stay no problems

Pros: My spouse and I enjoyed our 1 night stay. It was very comfy and pleasant. We were on a short business trip, looking forward to many more.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, the area was super good, the room was super comfortable. On my next visit on January 26, I will most likely return to the same hotel because I liked the area so much.

It did the job

Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was close to the Enterprise Car hire office, the Basketball Hall of fame, the MGM and the restaurants in Worthington Street were a short drive. The rooms were comfortable and , although for some it may have been limited, the breakfast did the job first thing in the morning.

Cons: There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. For us it did the job.

Great Location for the Basketball Hall of Fame!

Pros: Great Location for the Basketball Hall of Fame! Nice and clean. Great to have the inside pool for the baby. Close to everything. Parking good. Very confortable solution.

Cons: For the price paid it was a poor breakfast. Expencive, very expencive, but comfortable location to visit the basketball Hall of Fame.

Fun time in Springfield

Pros: Good location to visit Basketball Hall of Fame and Six Flags New England. Friendly staff. Kids loved the pool.

Cons: Wish there were more towel racks in bathroom - there was no place to hang wet bathing suits. We were trying to conserve our towels due to limited housekeeping but it was awkward as no place to hang them

Well located and clean

Pros: A hotel is very clean and seemed to be recently updated the staff was friendly the beds were quite comfortable and the rooms well appropriated. Breakfast was good all things in stock helpful staff comfortable places to sit with a variety of areas including charge ports for sitting and charging.

Cons: I realize there was snow which probably reduced some of the parking spaces however there didn't seem to be enough spaces for the amount of rooms that were in the building there was a large group of teenagers there probably from some sporting event they were well-behaved I'm not complaining about the teenagers but that might have accounted for some extra cars parking was very difficult to find.

It was a good bang for your buck.

Pros: There was a hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes and bacon.

Cons: Everything was good, there was construction going on so there was some loud noise early in the morning with many men sitting around by the elevators.
