When I visit family I usually stay at your hotel. Love the room updates. Consistently friendly staff

Pros: Usually just have coffee in the morning but when I am at the hotel with my grandkids they always enjoy the breakfast.

Overall everything was great

Pros: Everyone was friendly loved that breakfast was included and loved that the pool closed late

Cons: The carpet definitely needs to be shampooed there was a smell coming from it

The staff was very warm, pleasant, and comforting!! They were very fluent in their jobs and customer service!!

Pros: The staff was amazing!! The property was very clean and quiet. The rooms were very up to date and felt like home.

Cons: Everything was beyond reproach!!

Pros: We loved the size of the room. Kitchen in the room was awesome. We loved the dining table with chairs that we could sit and eat our meal.

Cons: Breakfast serving area was way too small. The clean plates were missing. Kitchen staff took long time to replenish utensils and plates and replenish food. as soon as you asked to bring clean plates - they were gone in a second. This was annoying.

Pros: The location was great it’s close to everything you might need. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and updated. I could bring my dog so huge plus!
