Nice, clean hotel, large rooms with new furniture

Pros: The hotel is very clean, with new furniture and a large king-size bed. The receptionist is very friendly during the day.

Cons: At night, the receptionist is an elderly woman who should have retired long ago. She called me at two in the morning and asked if I had paid the deposit.

Very pleasant accommodation

Pros: Receptionist/manager very kind and helpful. Very good breakfast

Pros: Very comfortable bed, good breakfast (simple, but good). Good coffee available all day.

Cons: Whole the common areas are nicely renovated, the room has seen better days. They keep the deposit for way too long.

A great find

Pros: We booked this hotel for an overnight stop on route to Boston. Great find. Small pool which was clean and tidy. Included a small buffet breakfast of cooked and pastry/ cereals. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Local restaurants nearby

Comfy stay for a good night's sleep

Pros: The beds were super comfy - i love the smooth bedsheets. Good breakfast and lots of parking available. Staff were v nice and accommodated to room requests.

Cons: Room was smaller than the usual holiday inn express bt room style is similar.

Our stay was very enjoyable, comfortable, quite and relaxing.

Pros: The hotel was clean. What I really enjoyed was the room and how the space is setup. The beds were comfortable and ok. Breakfast was great. We stayed there for visiting family and friends and the location was super for getting arround in Hartford

Cons: Some weared people turned on music and created noise in the morning and I did not like that.

Pros: I had a generally good stay at this IHG property, and the room itself was comfortable. The front entrance area was busy with people smoking around the doors at times, which made it difficult to avoid the smell of cigarettes and other materials when coming and going. It appeared that part of the hotel is being used for displaced apartment residents, which may be why the entrance was used for smoking in this Non-smoking hotel. The staff was professional and the breakfast service staff was exceptionally efficient and nice.

Leisure stay

Pros: Tucked back away from the main road, but still convenient to restaurants and shopping areas. I-91 is close as well
