Nice one-night stop

Pros: Free breakfast, helpful staff and nice room facilities (mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker), beautiful outside. Has everything you need.

I am becoming a member and choose BW for my stays.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Some hot items and others to chose from. Room was excellent with a sitting room that included a coffee table and sofa. I also had a separate sitting chair and ottoman. The hotel was very quiet and clean. I fell in love with large soft towels.

Clean, convenient to downtown Hartford

Pros: The young man working the front desk was very friendly and personable. I didn't catch his name, but he had a good vibe. Overall, the hotel was very clean; I did see two bugs, but my room looked like it had been cleaned thoroughly before my stay. In terms of location, it's convenient to downtown Hartford. I had a show at the Bushnell that evening, and it took maybe seven minutes to get there by taxi. Breakfast was decent.

Cons: I did see two bugs (one was dead). Apart from that, it's a bit isolated, despite being so close to Hartford. There isn't really much in walking distance, apart from a dispensary.

It was convenient, valuable and pleasant

Pros: All accommodations were excellent; the staff were courteous and knowledgeable, breakfast was a bonus and very good daily on time, and the cleanliness of the facility was awesome!

Cons: I only wish they still had there sauna operating during the time of my stay.
