Super 8 by Wyndham Hartford

Just what I expected. No more no less. Slept well.

Pros: It’s not trying to be anything it isn’t if that makes sense. It a bit tired but clean. The room was comfortable. Bed was large and plenty of pillows. Towels and toiletries were good. Very basic facilities. Would be good if they could offer some breakfast again. Coffee at least and pastries. They used to but stopped due to Covid. Surely that is not an issue now. Checkin was quick. Front desk staff efficient and friendly.

Cons: Nothing really. It’s good for the price. Don’t have unreasonable expectations for an out of town motel and you will be fine.

Pros: It was clean smelling good and the staff available to satisfy us

Cons: Everything was fine

Pros: It's cheap and within walking distance of the concert venue

Cons: The bed was like broken and uncomfortable.

Super, almost

Pros: Capital city branch of National chain. Pleasant staff & room. Wifi, a/c, minifridge. Good lighting and electric outlets and USB. Microwave, ATM, & vending machine in lobby. Indoors hallways and room access. Lobby door lock from 9pm- open by room key cards-. Plenty of parking. Near interstate. Riverwalk Park minutes walk away. Historical downtown half hour walk, minutes by car/taxi .. McDonalds, Burger King minutes walk away

Cons: Long time chain, branch -;so some furniture slightly worn, freezer part of fridge heavily frosted

Pros: Clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Plenty of parking 😊

Cons: No breakfast 😐

Pros: Bed was comfortable and ac worked. Great location if you are seeing a show

Cons: Furniture and bedding could use an upgrade. Online advertises free breakfast but they stopped that during covid

Better operation than I’ve experienced in MANY YEARS

Pros: I think it’s so easy to Moan & Groan about an experience rather than to recognize the effort, for example, that a staff gives for what they have to work with … I so very blessed to say o am well travelled and have been guest to some of the most luxurious and SOUGHT AFTER properties certainly in this country … and whether The Beverly Hills Hotel or the hunk or humble Red Roof in New Britain CT there’s ALWAYS STUFF TO COMPLAIN ABOUT .. let me sun this up quickly : THE STAFF AT THIS PROPERTY for the MOST PART are SUPERIOR … and at the end of the day they go out of their way to comfort guests if needed, provide solutions to small potential unexpected issues and MOST importantly go to great lengths to keep they’re guests satisfied AND SAFE …
