Great location ,easy access to highway ,west and east hartford.

Pros: We were within minutes of shops restaurants easy walking. Great parking facility and reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable.

Pros: I liked courteous staff. They give delicious and free warm cookies! Parking was convenient. The room was very comfortable as well.

Cons: There were limited breakfast options at restaurant.

Pros: Rooms were light and clean. Very comfortable beds.

Cons: Would have loved a little more of an onsite restaurant or cafe for Dinner and breakfast.

Pros: I stayed at the hotel Hilton Hartford for one night. The access to the hotel was easy by car and it has quite wide parking lots under the basement, which was also safe and convenient, costed USD 19.00 a night. The room was clean and good for a family to stay. They serve breakfast separately and I didn't have breakfast due to schedule. They responded quickly and kindly when asked.

Pros: Parking garage is attached but a little annoying to get ticket then go to front desk to get it stamped. Let’s be honest parking should be included. This isn’t NYC. Glad I didn’t take my truck because it would not fit in the garage. Just needed somewhere to sleep. It was clean. Neighborhood is shady. Homeless, begging for money, streets smell like pot. That’s the political problem not a hotel problem.

Cons: Parking at $19 a night although not terribly expensive should be included with your stay.
