Courtyard Hartford Farmington

Everything I needed in a convenient location to shopping and highways

Pros: The breakfast was OK but there was confusion with my Booking.com reservation that included prepaid breakfast - for some reason the restaurant refused to give me a full Starbucks coffee and would only give me a small number of items from the menu even though I had prepaid $20 per day for breakfast. They were happy to make one item (breakfast roll) that costs $11 but would not prepare a different item (french toast) that costs the same. And I had to go to front desk twice to make sure my credits were visible to the restaurant staff. It would be nice if this process were smoother.

Cons: Overall it was a great facility for my stay. Nothing particularly to change apart from the limited breakfast as per above.

Pros: Hotel was easy to get to get to and from shopping. Was a quiet and relaxing weekend in the hotel and it was so clean!

Cons: The position of the TV could have been better and it was bolted to the desk so it couldn't be moved to a better viewing area. Not a deal breaker but just something I noticed when relaxing.

Clean comfortable stay close to downtown Hartford.

Pros: Convenient for our purposes, friendly staff, comfortable beds.

Pros: Convenient location for the funeral I was attending. Everything was in close proximity. The water pressure in the shower was good, according to some of my family the gym and pool were good.

Cons: I thought it would have been better if there had been a light breakfast.

Great place to stay!

Pros: Everyone was very nice to me and a beautiful clean place

Good clean comfortable room and good parking.

Pros: My daughter liked that they did complimentary hot chocolate.

Cons: Breakfast Buffets are the best! I usually look for hotels that have these included, due to booking late I could not book one. AC/Heat was noisy and heat did not work that great.

Nice over all but sad I had to ended up leaving earlier than expected.

Pros: The property is beautiful, I believe newly renovated. But I had to end up packing at 6 am because we couldn’t sleep. The pillows flatten down to the mattress. The heat popped on all night long. The thermostats was set for 63, room was 73. So we just went home to get some well needed rest.
