Pros: When I got to my room I realized I made a mistake with my booking and booked a king instead of two queens even though there were 4 of us. I went downstairs and the manager Wigmarie was able to help and get us a larger room with a pull out couch. I so greatly appreciate her effort and kindness. Thank you!

Every thing was perfect.

Pros: Every thing was perfect, starting with the check in with Madeline, she is the best. The room was nice and clean and also warm. Breakfast was nice as usual. Easy check out.
