Extended Stay America Suites - Hartford - Farmington

I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Pros: Clean, spacious rooms. The building was quiet and I enjoyed the selection for the complementary breakfast. The staff was friendly and polite.

Cons: This property is in an area that has public transportation 10 minutes away but you would benefit greatly if you have a car or uber funds due to the highway.

Pros: Having a kitchen, everything was clean, bed was comfortable

Cons: Bathroom ceiling needs touch up cleaning

Pros: It was great for the price. I will be coming back.

Overall, a great stay and good value for the price.

Pros: Conveniently located just 7 minutes from UConn Health.

Cons: Cleaning could be improved — I noticed some hair on the towels and a few stains.

Clean, safe room, economical for a family

Pros: The room was very clean, and new. The bedding was very nice and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen area; not a plate, not a pot, not a spoon. Having a kitchen is not terribly helpful if there isn't a few basics. There was no ice machine.

I was comfortable in this room. The a/c worked well, which is important to me.

Pros: The breakfast was not what I can eat medically. I brought my own breakfast.

Cons: I had an accessible room, and it was well laid out. I appreciated it. The only thing I wondered about was that there was no shelf in the shower to put anything on, like the bar of soap! Lots of things like lamps and the clock radio were left unplugged. I was able to plug them in, but another handicapped person might not be able to physically bend down or move furniture to plug them in. The recliner chair reclined with the handle, but it would not close easily, and I had to climb out of it and that was dangerous for me.

Pros: The desk staff were very pleasant. It was a positive experience

Pros: Location. As mom I pd for stay for dtr/husband. Staff was awesome in making sure ckin late on Christmas eve went smoothly.. it did.

Breakfast

Pros: Location was nice. More options for breakfast would be nice.

Quiet and Clean

Pros: It was clean, quiet and included a kitchenette in the room. There was a good place to eat (Five Corners Bistro and Craft Bar) less than a mile from the hotel.

Cons: There weren’t many things to do or places to eat close to the property. “Breakfast” included a wrapped muffin and coffee to go.
