Homewood Suites by Hilton Hartford-Farmington

Pros: Breakfast was Average but overall our stay was great

Pros: The person on the reception it was very helpful. I stayed there before and never found a person makes me feel i was home. Hopefully you train everybody to be like him

Pros: They went above and beyond for I lost a bracelet and they attempted to help me find it!!! Found it!!

Pros: Front desk was friendly helpful understand from check in to check out. Everything was clean the kids loved the pool. I will definitely be back soon.

Pros: The young man at check-in made it very easy and he was very helpful and efficient and then checked with us bia e-mail to make sure all was well with our room. I appreciated that!

Cons: Found a pill on the floor in our suite (with 5 children) Garbage disposal smelled so horrible we had to keep sink drain plugged. Had to open all windows, spray perfumes to minimize the smell. Top of the fridge had layers of dust. It could have been much cleaner for $350. Used phone and was charged almost $60 for local same area code calls when was wasn’t posted about fee for any use but was refunded.

Pros: Clean spacious reasonably priced great amenities. Body wash and shampoos smelled amazing. Bed was super comfortable

Pros: The rooms were very large and everything was very clean. Honestly the most comfy hotel bed ever!

Cons: The breakfast could get a boost or at least a refill on items mid way through
