Hampton Inn and Suites Hartford/Farmington

Good location as it was near our event we were attending.

Pros: Lobby was bright and welcoming. Breakfast area was clean and large. Good variety of foods. Room was clean and had a microwave and bar fridge. Good location and close to restaurants and shopping.

Cons: Found to be expensive for basic room.

I would have liked a low cost or complementary shuttle from the airport

Pros: Breakfast was fine. Your staff member drove us to a local restaurant and brought us back. That was very nice of him and we really appreciated it.

Cons: WE really needed a later check out to attend a graduation, but could only get until 1- so had to check out at 8a to get to the graduation. But the staff held our lugguage until we returned to get an uber to take us to the airport. So, we appreciated that accommodation.

Perfect if you have a car and don’t need to be in Hartford.

Pros: Comfortable clean room with comfortable queen beds. Ample and convenient parking. Breakfast was good, especially liked the fresh waffles.

Pros: Room was spacious and clean and beautiful front desk staff was very polite and engaging

Cons: Small miscommunication with my checking out and checking right back in but was handled. Some housekeeping staff was super loud on their personal phones in hallways but again resolved itself

Pros: This is my second stay. Was clean 3 years ago and is still clean. The staff was very helpful.

Welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. Appreciate the effort they put into special holiday offerings

Pros: This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel while celebrating the holidays with relatives nearby. Nice touch that the hotel leaves out wrapping paper and scotch tape! Comfortable beds and rooms. Take out breakfast bags when you are checking out in a hurry. Thoughtful place.
