Comfortable stay in West Hartford

Pros: The hotel is in a good location with friendly staff, valet parking, complementary breakfast and large, clean rooms. We had a very comfortable stay.

Cons: The air conditioning is very loud. It is btw geared into the wall rather than a standalone unit. It came on and off during the night which was a bit annoying.

It was a Relaxing and rejuvenating experience!

Pros: SPA!!! It’s so convenient and wonderful to have the spot located at the hotel. I’ve been working lots of long hours and I came in for a family event. The hotel was extremely luxurious comfortable, and the spa was a cherry on the top.

Delamar is upscale, beautiful hotel conveniently located right in the center of West Hartford

Pros: The location, the room, the decor, the breakfast - all beautiful

Cons: Front desk staff lacks professionalism, check in was difficult (at 1:30am no less) and checking out on my way to a funeral they delayed me because they were inept.

Great for a short stay in the area.

Pros: Breakfast was just OK. Selfserve cafeteria style is not up to my expectations. Selections were fair, could have a greater choice. Staff very friendly. Decor was very nice. Room was lovely, bed comfortable.

Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Lovely and clean. The staff were amazing and everyone went out of their way to be sure we were comfortable. The room was very nice with actual glassware for wine and other drinks (being given plastic or paper cups is a serious pet peeve of mine). This was literally the best free breakfast I’ve ever had. Exceptional.

Cons: Nothing? But we went went in the winter and so did not have the chance to experience all that they had to offer.
