Good option for New Haven

Pros: Situated just off the exit from the motorway, this is a nice little place if you are planning to visit New Haven or you want to break up your travel towards Cape Cod. Room was clean, staffs are friendly, great breakfast (with hot food). I'll recommend this place to all.

Cons: The bed could be a little bit more comfortable.

Pros: Really convient to shops and petrol station. I want a place to crash for one night, so didn't want to spen too much, the price of the hampton was a great price so my expeectaions were very low. The staff let me check in early and were very helpful. it fitted into my travel plans perfectly as i was transiting to JFK.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Good facilities. Great breakfast.

Cons: There was one staff member that clearly hated his job and it showed . Only one toaster was available at breakfast which did cause long waits

Pros: Everything was in working order, staff was friendly.

Cons: My do not disturb sign went missing. With this being the case, I thought that I would get clean towels and washcloths and the trash picked up. That did not happen, bor did I request that. I have learned to bring my own personal do not disturb sign. The check in staff lady was working alone and it was extremely busy checking in several people. This lady was calm, collected and very kind to be alone with so many to check in alone. She did an excellent job.

Nice place. I'll be returning the next time we are visiting family.

Pros: It was a great breakfast. Nice wide variety. Especially since I avoid wheat there were some options for myself as well. Woud def. recommend it.

Cons: With our room facing the highway there was a good amount of noise. This made it difficult to sleep. I'll ask for a room on the other side of the hallway next time.
