Extended Stay America Suites - Shelton - Fairfield County

Pros: Place was clean inside and out. Bed was comfortable and clean. There was a good size fridge, microwave and stove. All working ok.

Cons: I didn't realised that utensils were not in the room, so I had to go back down to reception to request these. Had I been told this at check in, I would have requested it then.

Comfortable clean hotel room with courteous front desk staff.

Pros: The front desk staff are very gracious and kind. The staff is very polite when you check in and out. The room is exceptionally clean and the bed is comfortable which allows you to have a great night's rest..

Cons: The hotel allows pets, which some people are allergic to dogs and cats. I would recommend the hotel have a service elevator just for people who are traveling with their pets.

Pros: Everything from the staff to the room Everything was perfect.

Pleasant stay overall

Pros: Very clean and quiet. Love that it is pet friendly. WiFi is fantastic. I was working from the hotel the entire weeklong stay with no interruptions.

Cons: No recreational activities for kids like a pool. Vending was minimal. And the on the go breakfast should have had more options for the price of our stay.

Pros: Don't like being in hotels that dogs are allows can't control there barking and I would hope I'm not put in a room that a dog was in

Pros: This facility was close to My Son's University. The staff was extremely accommodating over the phone when I called prior to arrival & union arrival.

Cons: I appreciate that I was treated with the utmost respect despite my booking thru a third party.

Pros: The staff were extremely professional and very welcoming. Overall, my experience was excellent and i had no complaints about my room. Everything was clean and had everything supplied. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The staff members were kind and quick to help.

Pros: The two staff members that checked me in and out were excellent. They were very helpful and patient. Excellent customer service!

Cons: It felt a bit pricey.

The amenities were great, and everything I needed was easily accessible. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and convenient location. I’ll definitely be staying here agai

For one night it was good.

Pros: Coffee was very good. Packaged muffins and breakfast bars. And no place to sit to eat.the person at the check in and check out (Jul?) Was amazing and very helpful.

Cons: They need to have a better selection of packaged products...and a small area to sit.
