Residence Inn Milford

The hotel had all our family needed and was close enough to Yale for us to make our appointments on

Pros: The hotel was clean , linens clean. The lady managing breakfast was so warm and helpful. Breeakfast was decent with hot and cold options. Decent coffee too

Pros: It was a great stay in Residence Inn Milford. Thank you to the hotel staff. They are all friendly and very helpful (especially the ladies in the reception). I love the room that we stayed in - clean, comfy beds, etc. (Thanks a lot to Akeem Davis, I truly appreciate it) Breakfast was great. Housekeeping staff and maintenance were quick in responding to our requests. Location and the parking are excellent. The room is spacious and comfy. We would love to come back.

Pros: Location was fantastic! Room was very spacious and had everting we could have needed.

Cons: I think it is time to do a little updating inside the room. Bathroom could use some sprucing up, paint, etc.. I would love to see a magnifying mirror added.

It went good and felt like home

Pros: Wish there were plain scrambled eggs and bacon that would be my only complaint

Cons: Le canapé-lit n’était pas du tout confortable

Nice to have a large refrigerator and sofa to have a relative visit us.

Pros: It had a lot of drawer space for cosmetics, etc. We loved Rebecca at the front desk and MJ in the kitchen service dept. Both ladies were very friendly and efficient.

Cons: Hard to find parking out front at night; however, we found parking at the adjacent sister hotel.

Rebecca at reception was welcoming in this clean and comfortable hotel

Pros: The residence Inn was clean and spacious and provided all the amenities one would need. Rebecca at the front desk was exceptional! She helped us when we had a late arrival due to car trouble and welcome us with open arms. She provided a snack bag for each of us and also a free upgrade. Kudos to Rebecca!

Cons: The furniture was a bit dated, and we could see that the rooms could use some updating, but they were clean and comfortable

Amazing Hotel

Pros: The Residence Inn Milford is fantastic! The staff is always so kind and helpful. The outdoor pool and grill are amazing, as well as the large rooms with kitchenettes. If you're ever staying in Milford, this is the place to stay!
