Perfect location for a weekend stay

Pros: I enjoyed the following areas, the dinning area, pool, room. I also liked the fact that there were restaurants and a CVS at walking distance

Cons: The only recommendation that we have would be to have darker shades in the rooms to cover the sun from entering the room so early. The sun was too bright in the morning and it actually disrupted our sleep.

My group of 19 people enjoyed our stay and will be booking again very soon.

Pros: The moment you walk into this hotel you're greeted with a smiling face at the front desk. It smells like a high luxury hotel (yes I said smell lol) The breakfast had a lot of options. The breakfast area was very clean and the staff continued to stock throughout breakfast. The entire staff was wonderful to everyone I traveled with. The front desk jumped over hoops to help our entire group stay on the same floor and she was knowledgeable about the area. Amy Colon (front desk) made our entire experience a 10!!! She is one of the reasons we will be booking again.

Cons: The only thing I could suggested is larger pillows and 4 towels in a room.

Great room but with service problems.

Pros: Evidently I received a free upgrade to a suite which was very spacious

Cons: The Hilton Honors app and at checkin I was told the $35 credit could be taken as food or as a credit. On checkout I was gruffly told this was misinformation. The food shop was out of breakfast sandwiches and was too slow. There were no amenities in the room. Garage was filthy

Nice and comfy

Pros: Breakfast was nice, and choice of coffee as well. Rooms were nice and comfy and clean. Staff were positive and helpful.

Cons: Poolhour that needed to be scheduled in advance felt like a problem. Not easy for a group such as ours (7 people) to decide in advance when to use the pool.

Recommend this hotel, but it could be more quiet

Pros: We liked this hotel, breakfast was nice. The room was clean and had enough space. Amazing, that room has it own kitchen.

Cons: It could be more quiet. The door has a hole at the bottom, and you could hear what happens outside. Through this space below the door, the neighbor's children threw leaflets with memes at us. We traveled with dogs and it better include informational at Booking what amount of money you should pay additionally for that (75$)

Room was clean and comfy for 4 people. Bathroom, while clean, was awkwardly set up.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Beds and pillows comfortable plentiful, and clean. Space was roomy for 4 people. (2 adults, 2 teens) Plenty of places to plug in. Individual brew for coffee or tea instead of a pot (I've just heard stories of what others use the pot for so I won't use a pot). Comfortable room for a long trip. Slept well.

Cons: The only negative was how the bathroom was set up. No fan. The double doors were awkward if someone had to get up at night or was early riser - they banged together no matter how quiet you tried to be. Perhaps a pocket door or a smaller single door would work better. The sink top was massive for the space. You really couldn't use the full length mirror tucked into the little nook beyond sink top.
