Stay was good just a few tweaks needed

Pros: Overall, my long stay was pleasant thanks to the comfortable, spacious room, Kitchen and facilities.

Cons: The room window lacked soundproofing, and ongoing construction noise in the neighborhood was quite disruptive. Additionally, If the shoe rack should be placed in the room would be great.

Pros: Perfect location, near a metro station and only 5 minutes away from downtown Manhattan. Breakfast was nice.

Amazing hotel

Pros: The staff was exceptional, the hotel was beautiful and we felt very welcomed and safe

Cons: The only thing I would have liked would have been more selections at breakfast as someone who does not like sausages or eggs

I had a pleasant stay at Residence Inn by Marriot. The room was clean, spacious and functional.

Pros: Breakfast was great, there was variety and a lot to eat.

Cons: I would have preferred a firmer mattress.

Pros: Location was ok, just a short 8-10 minute walk to the Metro station

Cons: Nothing except a blocked toilet, this was repaired several times. Staff were helpful

Love the hotel hate the location

Pros: Okay so the hotel itself is amazing. Clean, zero noise from the walls, professional cleaning. Breakfasts u can eat multiple times and take food to your room which is amazing. HOWEVER.. i think it should be mandatory for the hotel to mention that its located in the middle of the hood lol. Like seriously. On the main street next to the hotel theres addicts laying on the ground plus multiple cars parked selling. One of the guys even had a menu printed out. And no he wasnt selling tacos. Def not for solo travellers especially female. However the hotel is perfect too bad the location is stressful. Still i think i will be going back to this hotel cuz the rooms r great, breakfasts r amazing and they have the best beds i ever slept on. I rate 8/10 for the location

Very convenient location

Pros: Hotel was very convenient to get into Manhattan and to airport. Breakfast was substantial- i Liked the waffle maker. Room was comfortable.

Cons: The Neighborhood had some interesting characters and didn't feel particularly safe but was OK as long as you walked confidently but you also could argue it was the genuine New York experience. The berakfast area was always crowded so we got up first thing before it had opened to get a seat.
