Pros: The hotel was nice, modern and clean and the staff were helpful.

Cons: It was in a terrible location, right next to a massive electricity plant and not really near to anything else. It was also quite a walk to the nearest subway . There was no bar and not even a restaurant at the hotel. Just a cafe type place that only opened for a few hours in the morning.

Decent value for money

Pros: Walking distance from the F line, a green park nearby with a view on the water, and the beds are comfortable. Room cleaning was regular and quite alright!

Cons: Gets quite noisy in the morning and staff is hit and miss, some are friendlier and others are raather indifferent (but maybe they are overloaded so cannot fully judge)

Pros: Good mix price/location next to metro station. Clean room, staff available and professional

Pros: The room was nice and clean. We were worried about the area at first, but we felt safe the whole time and the metro is nearby, so we got everywhere quickly.

Pros: Lot of time to pickup some pastries, only one box to fill by the hotess

Pros: It's clean, you can relax in the lobby, and breakfast is included.

Cons: It's a bit of a hassle to walk about 10 minutes to the station, and although it's close by train from tourist spots, it's difficult to take a taxi.

Pros: The property was impeccably clean, reflecting the management’s commitment to maintaining high standards. The staff demonstrated excellent customer service throughout my stay, consistently going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel’s location was ideal and convenient for my stay. Additionally, every member of the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.

Clean and comfortable place to sleep.

Pros: Property was clean and staff was helpful + friendly. Hallways and rooms are small, but overall served the purpose of having a place to sleep comfortably after a long day of exploring the city. Nearest subway is a 10 minute walk from the property & we found it easy to navigate around.

Pros: Instalaciones limpias. Buen trato del personal. Nos guardaron las maletas el último día hasta la tarde ,ya que nuestro viaje era de noche

Cons: Todo bien. Los alrededores son de barrio humilde pero en ningún momento te sientes inseguro

Pros: The property was very close to the subway station which was very helpful to get around!

Cons: The property didn’t have a fridge or microwave in the room which we didn’t like because we couldn’t keep anything cool or warm.
