Comfortable stay, excellent value for money and a great choice.

Pros: Fabulous hotel. Room was large and stylish. Excellent value for money and it was only a few minutes on the subway from being in the centre of everything. Definitely recommend.

It was fine!!

Pros: Rooms are spacious with great view from balcony. Location is good. We took a taxi to Timesquare and in 15 minutes we reached. Hussain is an excellent staff member.If possible insist on getting a room in new building not old.

Cons: Air conditioning is noisy inside the room. The room which was offered to us in an old building with a horrible funnel right in front and we had bridge on one side. We were so disappointed especially after paying almost 300 Dollars per night and 150 dollar deposit. We get a dated room in old building and no view.. We came down and explained it to staff named Hussain, he was kind enough to shift us in new building with a great room and a fabulous view. The staff member who checked us in point blank told us you have partial view because you didn’t book the full view room and that was not true.I remember very well while booking the room.

Perfect place to visit NYC

Pros: Very spacious room (double queen beds) and great view of Manhattan. Close to the ferry that sails across from one side of the East River to the other all the way to Wall Street. Great views!

Cons: It’s a shame the pool can only be used from the club en not by guests of the hotel

Pros: I liked the location(train station 15 min walk or you can walk over the bridge which takes 20 mins to the city),room was lovely with view of the city and the bridge.Beds made and towels changed every day.Staff friendly and helpful

Cons: There was some dust in the room and the AC is loud at times but you get used to it
